Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: Shopping at Ethnic Fix is easy:
- Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button next to each item.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE' link to delete items from your shopping bag.
- Click on 'CHECK OUT' to complete your order.
Q: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
A: No. You can make purchase as a guest user .But,are advised to do so to be able to track your items, setting up an account is fairly easy.
Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Ethnic Fix account:
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
- To create an account, simply click on 'SIGN IN' and then 'REGISTER NOW' to fill in your details.
Q: I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Q: How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?
A: As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.
Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from theethnicfix.com
Q: Which size should I choose?
A: All products are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer.
As sizes can vary greatly by designer, we have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements.
In addition, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply email email@example.com for advice.
Q: Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
A: While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org find out if there is a backorder for that item (you will need to be a registered user).
Q: What payment methods does The Ethnic Fix accept?
A: We have Cash on Delivery and will soon have Master & Visa card payment facility.
Q: Does The Ethnic Fix deliver to multiple addresses?
A: Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Q: Do I need to sign for my order?
A: To make sure your package has been delivered to the right address, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
We might require your ID at delivery to comply with new regulations, so please keep it handy. A valid ID can be your Emirates ID, UAE issued driving license, or passport.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
A: We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Q: Can I add items to an existing order?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
Q: How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
A: After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Another confirmation email notifying about confirmation of order & delivery estimate. You shall receive the confirmation of payment by card through mail.
Payment through cash would be on delivery.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: You will be updated about your order status in 2 steps via mail & call respectively : Order received & Order Confirmation. Any queries regarding the delivery can be sent to us at email@example.com If you have registered, you will be able to view the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.
Q: Is my package insured?
A: All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from The Ethnic Fix to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
Q: What packaging will my order be shipped in?
A: Your order will be delivered to you in our eco-friendly jute signature black bags which not only look fabulous, but make the perfect storage solution!
Q: Is my personal information kept private?
A: Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.
To register at The Ethnic, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number. Please note that The Ethnic Fix may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals from your favourite designers and fabulous new services via email. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What are cookies? Should I be worried about them?
Registered customers who have cookies enabled will be automatically recognized when they visit The Ethnic Fix - your name will appear in a welcome message at the top left hand corner of the website. You will be able to access your Wish List and then add or move items, register interest for pieces not yet in stock or request item updates without signing in to your account.
When you proceed to purchase you will be prompted to enter your email address and password and review your shipping and payment details before completing your order. Please note that registered customers will be recognized for 14 days. After this time, users will be prompted to sign back in to their account.
